Thank you for shopping with AXXiS Designs.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Many of our products are made to order or finished to order.
Standard orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Personalised or custom orders may take 3–5 working days.
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom.
If international shipping becomes available, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
UK Standard Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, weather, seasonal demand, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where free delivery is offered, this will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where a tracked shipping service is used. If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent to you by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
AXXiS Designs cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we may ask you to pay the cost of re-delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated dispatch and delivery times, delays can occasionally happen. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@axxisdesigns.co.uk with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the packaging and item.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
